Do I have to see a solicitor? |
Although a Specialist Personal Injury Solicitor will be appointed to run your case, you will not be required to visit them as all matters can be dealt with by telephone, correspondence and home visits when required. You will also be able to speak to a member of the start2claim Team who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, or update you on the progress of your claim. |

How long will it take to settle my claim? |
This depends on how complicated your case is. Most cases are settled in a matter of months. A few, very complex cases, might take longer to resolve. But seldom longer than a year.
However, start2claim, will be able to advise at the very outset as to the approximate timescale for the resolution of your claim. |

Will i have to attend a Medial? |
Yes. A medical examination is required to help provide the correct amount of compensation we feel that you are entitled to. The appointment will be local to you and at your convenience, so you will not have to travel very far to attend. You can include the cost of your travel as part of your claim. In some cases the Doctor will come to your home. |
